How to install Kits in Football Manager 2017

Most kits come in .rar or .zip compressed format. Therefore, you will need a program that does decompression of files.
Several programs exist for this purpose, but for simplicity we will use the most famous. WinRAR
After you install this program, we will proceed with the installation of your files (kits).

Step One: Go to the following folder: Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2017/

Step Two: Now inside that location, create a folder named “Graphics”.

Step three: Open the folder “Graphics” and within it create another folder named “Kits”

Step Four: Now send the files that you downloaded to the following location:

Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2017/Graphics/Kits

Now go into the file you downloaded (.rar or .zip) and right click on it -> Extract files … -> then browse to the folder described above and click ok.

Step Five: After extracting the files to the kits folder, open the Football Manager 2017 and go to the Preferences -> Interface and turn off Use caching to decrease page loading times option, and activate the option Reload skin when confirming changes in Preferences.
After that, be sure to press the confirm button.

And that’s all!

The way to install the kits is the same in all versions. (if you’re talking about this article)
If you mean the graphics (logo packs, kit packs, facepacks), then the answer is also yes.
You can install kits/logos/faces in every Football Manager version (FM2014, FM2015, etc…)

      Hey Jack,

I have no other way to explain it. It’s all detailed in the post. Have you tried restarting the game/steam?
